- Firm repair quote — parts plus labor for your exact vehicle, approved by you before any work begins. No hourly meter running while parts arrive.

Do you charge more for coming to me?
The call-out fee covers the trip and diagnosis, and it's applied to your repair. Compared against a tow plus shop diagnostics, the mobile route is usually the cheaper total for a car that can't drive itself in.
Why don't you list exact prices?
Because a battery for a 2015 Civic and one for a 2021 BMW X5 differ by hundreds of dollars, and quoting fantasy averages is how shops get you in the door. Real vehicle, real symptoms, real quote — before we schedule.
Is the quote really firm?
Yes — if we open it up and find something different than diagnosed, work stops and you approve a revised quote before anything continues. No surprise invoices.
